Steffanii Blair is a registered nurse with over 15 years of experience in the medical field, with a focus on high-risk maternal health. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of England and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from NYU. Steffanii currently works at the prestigious New York-Presbyterian Hospital.
A Calling In Maternal Health
While studying Nursing as an undergraduate, Steffanii developed her passion for healthcare and specifically in providing support to maternity patients. These experiences later led to her starting her career as a maternity nurse on a high-risk maternity unit and pursuing supplemental degrees and accreditation. In addition, Steffanii is also certified in Lamaze, Electronic Fetal Monitoring, Inpatient Obstetrics, Neonatal Resuscitation, and Basic Life Support.
Launching Blair & Bloom
In 2018, Steffanii founded Blair & Bloom, a company focused on providing women with pre- and post-natal support. The company’s mission is to provide expectant mothers with a personalized private childbirth education experience using a blend of evidence-based techniques and alternative natural methods. This journey helps prepare moms-to-be for their childbirth journey before, during, and after labor.
On the Personal Side
Steffanii is also the mother of two healthy and handsome boys as well as a proud native New Yorker. As a mom and also a healthcare professional, she has been on both sides of the bump and understands how moms-to-be feel and the kind of support they need. Steffanii is dedicated to providing each expectant mom with professional, personalized, and supportive care as they step into motherhood.
